Affidavit of Truth-

I, Rodney Brian: Graff (Pro Per), reserve ALL My rights including My right to privacy that include the right to private contract without outside interference from any other private or public entity. This includes but is not limited to interference from Corporations, Local, State, Federal and Foreign governments.

This right to private contract also extends to any other private party who also reserves said rights and chooses to contract with Me.

Private contracts are EXACLTY what they are. PRIVATE!

I, Rodney Brian: Graff, do not maintain any data base or hard copy records of any private information for any length of time longer than required to complete a particular contract.

I, Rodney Brian: Graff, a private Man of My father's earth, do not believe there is any public law that require me to warehouse any information for any purpose including that which may be used against me.

Any entity that violates My rights including My right to private contract will be subject to criminal prosecution under Maritime Law and Uniform Commercial Code.
